What these terms cover
This page sets out the contract between ChineseBots ("we", "us") and you. The terms cover the website, the Chinese Bot online tool, the browser extensions Chinese Quotex Bot Pro and Chinese Pocket Option Signal AI, the Android apps Chinese Quotx Bot and Chinese Pocket Bot, your licence and our support chats.
They work together with the Risk warning, the Privacy policy, the Cookie policy and the Disclaimer. By using any of our tools you accept all five.
Before you start
You can use ChineseBots only if:
- you are 18 or older, and of legal age where you live;
- trading binary options and using signal tools is lawful for you;
- you use the tools for your own trading, not on behalf of a client;
- everything you tell us about yourself is accurate.
What the tools do
Each tool looks at the latest candles of the pair and expiry you set, then returns CALL, PUT or NO TRADE together with an agreement score and a timer for your expiry. Whether to act on it is up to you, and any trade is opened by you, in your own broker account.
We may add tools, retire them, or change what a plan includes. When a change takes something away from a paid plan, we tell active customers first.

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Taxes are added at checkout where the law requires them. These prices apply from the date shown at the top of the page.
Your licence key
A paid plan comes with one licence key. It opens the online tool, the extensions and the apps on up to five of your own devices. It is personal: do not share, sell or publish it.
If a key turns up on more devices than allowed, or in a public place, we may reset it and send you a new one. If you suspect your key has leaked, message support straight away.
Renewals, cancelling and refunds
Pro renews each month on the day you bought it. You can cancel at any time, from the receipt email or by messaging support, and Pro stays open until the end of the month you paid for.
If a paid plan does not work for you in the first 7 days, ask and we refund it in full. Once those 7 days have passed, a month already under way is not refunded, except where your local law requires it. Lifetime is refundable on the same 7 day terms.
What you agree not to do
- copy, decompile or modify the tools, or get round the licence check;
- resell access, or run the tools for other people as a paid service;
- publish our reads as a signal channel, or pass them off as your own;
- use the tools against a broker's rules or the law;
- flood, scan or scrape our servers, or try to access other people's data;
- harass our support team or other users.
Every trade is your decision
A read is information. You choose the broker, the pair, the stake and the moment. Gains and losses on your broker account are yours alone, including those that follow a read we gave.
Brokers, stores and other services
Brokers, app and browser stores, payment providers and messaging apps run on their own rules, which we do not set. A change on their side can stop a tool working for a while. Broker names and logos remain with the companies that own them; they appear here only to label which broker a read covers.
Who owns what
The tools, the site, the ChineseBots name and mark, and the text and artwork are ours or licensed to us. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the tools while the plan is active. Nothing else passes to you.
No promises about results
We work to keep the tools accurate and available, but they are provided as they are. We do not promise a win rate, a profit or uninterrupted service, and, as far as the law allows, we give no warranty beyond these terms.
The limit of our liability
To the extent the law permits, we accept no responsibility for losses on trades, profits you did not make, trades you missed or any knock-on loss. Any other claim against us is limited to the amount you paid us over the 12 months before it arose. Where the law forbids such a limit, it does not apply.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the tools whenever you want. We may suspend or close a licence that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or must be closed by law. If we close a paid licence without a breach on your side, we refund the unused part.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change matters to paying customers, we email them at least 14 days before it applies. The version in force is dated October 16, 2026.
Law and disputes
The law that governs these terms is that of the country where the company behind ChineseBots is registered; your receipt shows which country that is. Talk to us first: most problems are solved by one message. If you are a consumer, you keep any right your local law gives you to go to your own courts.
