Who is responsible
ChineseBots runs this site, the Chinese Bot online tool, the browser extensions and the mobile apps, and decides how the data they handle is used. Write to support@chinesebots.com with any question about this policy.
What we receive, product by product
Each product sends us only what its job needs. Nothing on this list is sold, and none of it is used for advertising.

What we never ask for
We never ask for your broker login or password. The tools read public prices, so they have no use for it. We never ask for card details in a chat or an email. Payment happens on the payment provider's page, and we only learn that it succeeded.
The Android apps, Chinese Quotx Bot and Chinese Pocket Bot, ask for one permission: internet, to fetch reads. They read no contacts, location, photos or files, send no notifications, and carry no advertising or analytics code.
What stays on your device
Your theme, the start of your trial and your licence key are kept on your own device. Only the key reaches us, with each read. Removing the app or extension, or clearing the site's data, removes them.
Why we are allowed to use it
We use your data to provide what you asked for, which is the contract between us; to meet accounting and tax duties; and, for server logs and security, because running a safe service is a legitimate interest. Where we need your consent, for example for alerts, you give it in the app and can withdraw it there.
Data that leaves your country
Some providers work from other countries. Where data crosses a border, it travels under protections your law recognises, for example standard contractual clauses.
Keeping it safe
Traffic is encrypted, access is limited to the people who need it, and logs are deleted on schedule. Should a breach put you at risk, you hear from us promptly, and so does the regulator wherever the law calls for it.
Your choices and rights
Your local law may let you see the data we hold on you, fix it, erase it, limit its use, take a copy with you, or object to how it is used. Email support@chinesebots.com from the address you used with us. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Our tools are for adults. We do not knowingly receive data from anyone under 18. Let us know if you think a child has given us data, and we will erase it.
Changes
We update this page when our handling changes, and change its date, now October 16, 2026. If a change affects paying customers, we tell them by email. The Cookie policy covers what this site keeps in your browser.
